How The Stars Were Made
The stars were created so long ago, nobody knows quite how they were made, or who made them. But, after many years traveling the land I have discovered a man who knows the story.
Many years ago, before the sun or the moon existed, Rhae, the goddess of light decided humans needed something to guide them along their path. She found the hundred brightest rocks she could and enchanted them to shine. Then Garhin, the god of the sky, thrust them up as high as they could go! All the stars found a perch in the sky except the littlest one, Lea. Lea fell from the sky and landed in a field full of wildflowers. The people were amazed. "What is it?" they whispered to each other. "We must take it to the Soothsayer." they decided. "He will know what to do." They picked Lea up, expecting her to be heavy, for she looked like a rock, but instead she was so light she flew out of their hands and into the sky! "I’m free!" she sang as she rose higher and higher. But, after nine days in the sky she began to feel sorry for the humans, who had found something amazing and then lost it in the same instant. "I will go back down and see the humans" she decided. "Do not go!" her sisters whispered. "You will never come back!" but Lea was determined, and so she stepped off her perch and fell from the sky. She fell for what seemed like days. At last she arrived in the field of wildflowers. "Hello?" she called as soon as the humans heard her voice they all came coming out to meet her. "Hello!" one child called. "Hello!" Lea replied. "My name is Lea. I fell from the sky. I am a star." The people laughed at her, because, in falling from the sky, she had become transformed in to a human girl! "But I really am!" Lea said "Or I was." The people laughed at her. They thought she was crazy! Just then a boy came out of the crowd. "I believe her." he called. "Look at her! Do you not see how she glows?" A murmur came out of the crowd then, for they knew she was right. "I was a star," Lea said, "but I have decided to stay here." The people were happy to hear this, for they liked Lea and her warm personality. Lea stayed with the humans, but since she was not a human herself, she did not age unless she wanted to. However, she became close friends with the boy who had believed her when she said she was a star. They had seventeen children, and each of them became stars! However, Lea’s husband had aged, and now could not play as he used to, or take care of children. Lea asked her mother, Rhae, to grant her wish; for her husband, the man she loved to be able to stay with her as they had been before, young and bright. Rhae granted Lea’s wish and the two had many more children, who all became stars. Eventually, the sun and moon were created and the stars were left to shining at night along with the moon. Lea and her husband, at last, when there was no more room in the sky except for a small sapce, left the earth forever and became stars again. And that is how the stars were created.

Cool!!
